Dear friends, because of the USA tariff situation, I have had to increase my prices to non-Canadians by 35% because I must collect a 35% tariff due to President Trump's Executive Order imposing a 35% tariff on all goods from Canada. Canadian customers are not affected by this price increase but IF YOU ARE IN EUROPE, UK, AUSTRALIA OR NEW ZEALAND, I WILL REFUND YOU 35% OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. Unfortunately, Etsy only allows me to set a domestic (Canada price) and a price for "everywhere else". I am so sorry about this and I hope this all makes sense.

These beautiful one hole buttons are each unique miniature art pieces and were made by hand in my studio from black Canadian clay. They are hand-painted and feature blues, greens, yellows, oranges and reds. Each buttons is a one of kind. The design is made with glaze and has been fired onto the clay surface and is vitrified into the clay, thus it cannot peel or scratch off.

They have a lovely smooth feel and a slightly matte appearance. They have been fired to stoneware hardness in my kiln.

One hole buttons/ Heishi beads can be used for layering buttons (put a smaller button or bead on top of the one hole button and can be used as closures for strung bracelets, necklaces and chokers. They work well for non allergenic jewelry closures and will add a beautiful and unique look to your garment or handcrafted jewelry.
