Sky Blue Bee Button - Artisan Button
These stunning buttons were made by hand in my studio from Porcelain clay from Canada.
The Bee is 3 dimensional and the clay is a soft ivory colour. The Sky Blue Bees were fired in my my kiln to a stoneware hardness and have a smooth feel on the back of the button.
The glaze is a light blue that is slightly irridescent and semi-translucent.
The Bees are washable and not affected by water or detergent.
These buttons would make a beautiful focal button on a special garment, coat or bag/purse.
