"Oxidized Copper" Turquoise Buttons
I hand formed these one of a kind artisan buttons. They are made from a black clay from Canada and are glazed with a beautiful turquoise blue glaze that is meant to imitate the look of oxidized copper. The buttons have a somewhat matte appearance . The buttons were fired in my kiln to a temperature of 2250F.
The clay I use is fired to the stage of stoneware and they do not require removal during hand washing.

Are the buttons washable?
Yes, they can be gently washed and are not affected by water or laundry detergent.
How are they shipped?
The buttons are shipped attached to a decorative card with a removable adhesive. If you prefer that they ship loose, please advise when you place your order.
