This set of 5 buttons were made by hand from Canadian black clay. They have each been embossed with a unique design and then white glaze is applied which is set against the natural colour of the black clay. The buttons have been fired to stoneware hardness in my kiln (2300F). Each of these buttons is unique miniature piece of art but the buttons are intended to coordinate together for an artsy eclectic look. These buttons are sold as a set of 5 and you will receive the buttons shown in these photographs.

They feel very smooth to the touch and are semi-matte in appearance. They are not affected by water or detergent.
